To Initiate a Return, please call us at 0151 244 7154 (or Email us: email@example.com) to be Issued a (RGA) Return Goods Authorization number prior to returning.
Once you have received your RGA Number, please mail your package in a prepaid, insured and traceable method to the address given by ESM Race Ramps.
In some cases if the Ramps have been drop shipped straight from our Distributor in EU to you and you wish to return them due to none suitability, they would have to be returned to the EU Distributor and you will have to pay ESM Race Ramps their shipping costs from Race Ramps Europe to your delivery address.
All returned goods must be returned in an unused condition with all the original packaging.
Ordered goods from UK wishing to be returned due to a change of mind will be subject to a 10% re-stocking charge to cover administration costs and bank charges.
For returned goods a prompt refund or exchange will be made once the goods have been returned. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
Warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective item only and does not cover damage to a car, labour, personal injury or any other damage or injury.
Those items sold by ESM Race Ramps but manufactured by others are subject to their respective manufacturer's warranty and policy if any. In no event shall ESM Race Ramps be responsible for resulting or consequential damage or costs. ESM Race Ramps is not responsible for the damage caused by improper or not intended use. The warranty shall terminate one (1) year from the date of purchase. Due to constant research and development, specifications are subject to change without notice.
Please make sure to read the " How take care of the Ramps Liflet" .Trailer Ramps RR-TR5 or RR-TR4 being used to help on sizor lifts (i.e Detailling busineses or else ) can be subjetct to tyre damage ( if running acroos the ramps or using wider tyres than the Ramps) . Tyre marks can occur too if driven to close to the edge of the Ramps. This damage will be mainly aesthetic at no detriment to the usability but will not be covered by manufacturers waranty.
Damage on delivery. Please always make sure to check the ramps before signing received in good condition with the courier (UPS or TNT). The courier won't cover damage after siging them off.
Warranty. The Apex Pro will have a 60 days product warranty. Proof of purchase is required. If your product has any issues within 60 days of purchase we will repair it for you. After 60 days APEX Pro repairs costs £45. We will ship the unit back to you free of charge.
